The Power of Facilitation is a 3-hour, hands-on workshop for faculty, classified professionals, and administrators. Through dialogue, experiential activities, and trust-building practices, you'll learn to know when to lecture, teach, or facilitate; boost participation across power differences; organize meetings with graphic tools; work through emotions and disruptions; and unlock your own creativity and wisdom.

Ticket Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Tickets may be transferred from one person to another. Email us at info@4cpd.org with details of who will be attending the conference.
Cancellations may be refunded at no additional charge up to 30 days prior to the event. An cancellations received after September 14, 2026, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
