What "is" a project, what is it made of, and how is it structured? This introductory session will introduce participants to the basic foundations, principles, terms, and life cycles of projects in the Waterfall methodology. Participants will leave better equipped to identify the phases of each project, understand the fundamentals of each phase, and feel more equipped to participate in projects of various phases.
